Actually, in all seriousness, earnings should be going up because until yesterday I did not realize that the sitemap for this blog had not been submitted to the google indexing. That has not been remedied, and we should therefore start reaping the rewards of that within a week or so (I'm projecting at least 50% more views over the next several months). What's that? Yes, that means we might be making a whopping $150 over the next 2 years! Well, when I say we, I mean me, unless you get your asses in gear. We earn our -1000000 minimum wage around here.
Very nice, I remember you mentioning the payment a few years ago, thought that you were already getting paid. I wasn't' expecting getting money anyways, I know that I haven't been contributing at all, so you deserve it all.
ReplyDeleteI have a question though: How would you be able to share the money in the first place? Is it something that you have to request specifically before they send a check, or would you have to be the one to send us the money on your own?
Also, I'm guessing that the money would be split, and that we wouldn't each get $50, right?

ReplyDeleteYes, and I plan on doing it fairly as long as the contributions merit it. Of course, this is not primarily a monetarily motivated endeavour, but if payments are now going to be made they do need to be fairly distributed.

It would be split based on the amount of work put in, but if the revenue increases once the sitemaps I submitted to google go live then who knows; it could be $50 each!
