Japan’s government, threatened with more haarp attacks, pays 60 trillion yen to feds.

HAARP Causes Earthquakes?

Oh, Really?

Benjamin Fulford, a 'journalist' and huge proponent of conspiracy theories (Illuminati, bankers, world domination, starvation and mass killings, HAARP, 9/11, etc) has stated that the Japanese government has paid 60 trillion yen (around 680 Billion Cdn.) (lol!) to the American Federal reserve Board 'crime syndicate' (lol!) in response to threats that if they did not pay, they would be again attacked.

Yes, attacked, because the Japanese natural disaster...was actually, according to him (and others) coordinated and perpetrated by HAARP. Yes, the Japanese natural disaster of 2011 was, according to Mr. Fulford, a terrorist attack! Here's the link:

(Yes, that's a wordpress blog, and yes, that ad at the top by the author, Mr. Fulford, does say that you can 'Defeat AIDS and cancer in 90 Days.' Kind of sets this blog up nicely, doesn't it?)

Now, before we get into this, let’s have a look at some of the other claims this gentleman has made.

From Wikipedia:

He has claimed amongst others that:
  • AIDS and SARS are bio-engineered weapons designed to reduce the African ("Black") and Asian populations. AIDS was created to reduce the African population, and SARS was meant to reduce the Asian populations of the world.[5]
  • Chinese secret society with a membership of 6 million (intellectuals like professors in various fields, scientists, politicians, etc.), this includes 1.8 million gangsters, and 100,000 professional assassins has issued an ultimatum to the Illuminati, warning them that if they persist with their plan to depopulate the earth, they will be killed. The society has created an alliance joining China,RussiaIndiaSouth AmericaASEAN, the free Muslim nations and Africa that is united in stopping the Illuminati.[6]
  • The 9/11 terrorist attacks were an "inside job" carried out by the US government as a false flag attack to bring about new imperial mobilization[citation needed].
  • The Pentagon, the oil industry, banking elite, and the pharmaceutical industry suppress inventions including free-energy and anti-gravity technology to maintain power[citation needed].
  • Since 2009, Fulford has stated that the US government, using a secret military program known as HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) has been altering the climate, and using high power microwave energy inducing earthquakes including the Asian Tsunami (2004) and earthquakes in Japan (1995), Japan (2007), China (2008), Haiti (2010), Chile (2010), New Zealand(2011), Japan (2011)[citation needed].
  • After the March 11, 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami, in an interview on Japanese television, Mr. Fulford makes the following claim. "But the threat is not over yet. The American government in cooperation with [the] Federal Reserve, the Rockefellers, and other powerful groups, they are planning the eruption of Mt. Fuji Volcano. The earthquake and the tsunami was March 11th, 2011, 03.11.11. The Mt. Fuji Eruption they are planning is for April 11th, 2011." The earthquake, tsunami and this predicted eruption of Mt. Fuji he all attributes to the use of the "HAARP earthquake weapon in America." [7] [8]
That's quite the record of claims! I'd like to further address some of those, but first we must address the specific claim that was the catalyst for this blog post. Before we get into the thick of it, however, we must answer the following question:

Who is HAARP?

According to Wikipedia:

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, theUS Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).[1] Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes.[2] The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska.

Objectives:
The HAARP project aims to direct a 3.6 MW signal, in the 2.8–10 MHz region of the HF [High Frequency] band, into the ionosphere. According to the HAARP team, this will advance the study of basic natural processes that occur in the ionosphere under the natural but much stronger influence of solar interaction, as well as how the natural ionosphere affects radio signals.

This will enable scientists to develop techniques to mitigate these effects in order to improve the reliability and/or performance of communication and navigation systems, which would have a wide range of applications in both the civilian and military sectors, such as an increased accuracy of GPS navigation, and advancements in underwater and underground research and applications.

I don't see anything in there about earthquakes, do you?

Ya ya, I know, I know!

Wikipedia, and HAARP themselves would of course never admit to their “true” purpose, would they? They wouldn't if it was an insidious organization who aimed to terrorize regions by controlling weather and disasters like tsunamis and earthquakes in an effort to make money, would they?

No, of course not.

And thus you have the beginnings of an unfalsifiable cognitive perspective/hypothesis (shared by conspiracy theorists worldwide): The bad guys never reveal their motives and/or activities, and anyone who says anything contrary to the conspiracy theory is either a “sheep” or in on it.

I always wonder how, if any and all contrarian opinion is issued by “sheep” or co-conspirators to the conspiracy....in what possible way could the conspiracy theorists ever be convinced that they were in fact, at least potentially mistaken?

Well, whatever, let's give it a go, shall we?

Let's address some of the claims made in the article before we get to some general, possible refutations. The claims will be in bold, and the responses to them in italics.

Claims Made in the Article

Japan paid 60 trillion yen to the Federal Reserve Board.

Why the hell is Japan going along with this? Why wouldn't they make this public? The entire world would be on their side, and HAARP and the Federal Reserve Board would be destroyed! Also, 60 trillion yen is a laughably ridiculous amount of money. We're talking around 680 BILLION dollars (Canadian). We're supposed to believe that the Japanese Prime Minister was able to secretly and uninhibitedly access and transfer over 680 Billion dollars? That's ridiculous! They just took it? They'll never retaliate? Give me a break!

For those of you still too brainwashed to believe such a thing is possible, please take a look at the following transcript available on the US Defense Department’s home page:

http://www.defense.gov/Transcripts/Transcript.aspx?TranscriptID=674

It quotes then Secretary of Defense William Cohen as publicly stating in 1997 that:

Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

Yes, it does. The problem is, William Cohen is talking about foreign terrorists, not HAARP (Surprise, surprise, right folks? Quote taken out of context!).

Nowhere did he mention HAARP, and WHY WOULD HE? If the American government is in on it, why the FUCK would they have this on their defense website for you nutjobs to see? I thought the government was on on it? Now you're quoting them as evidence? From something that was on one of their own public websites? Hahahahaha!

Also, that's one guy making an unsubstantiated claim. You just take it at face value and use it as evidence, without bothering to look into it at all. And why? Because you think it fits your preconceived ideas.

AND you took it out of context...of course.

Nice standards of evidence there....

The chief suspects in the Earthquake, Tsunami and Nuclear terror attacks against Japan are US Senator J. Rockefeller and the Bush Nazi faction of the US corporate and criminal government.

Says who? You? Using your evidentiary standards, I could easily say that YOU'RE a chief suspect! And what the hell is the Bush Nazi faction of the US corporate and criminal government?

In another sign this was a deliberate attack, experts at the University of Tokyo and well as in Italy detected HAARP signals focused on Fukushima in the hours before the earthquake and tsunami struck. The same signals have since been detected focused on Mt. Fuji where the ground water is heating up. In addition, over 5 different people have contacted this writer since the earthquake to warn that “Japan was about to sink into the ocean.”

Once again...not ONE fucking source. No evidence whatsoever, just bald assertions. However, even if your individual claims were true, how does it prove that HAARP caused any of it? Do you have the slightest fucking idea as to how logic, reason, and standards of evidence are supposed to function? Have you ever heard of circumstantial evidence?

For example, let's say HAARP signals were indeed focused on Fukushima in the hours before the disaster struck. When ELSE where they detected there? And WHERE ELSE where they detected?

If I shine a light on ten different areas at ten different times, and one of those areas at one of those times experiences an incident of some sort, can it reasonably be concluded that the act of shining the light on that area caused the event?

Do you at ALL understand the concept of correlation vs. causation? I'm going to have to say you don't. Your grasp on logic is embarrassing. You logically CANNOT conclude that X caused Y simply because X preceded Y. You need to account for A, B, C, D...Z! Which you have not even ATTEMPTED to do!

You say that the same signals detected prior to the onset of the earthquake have since been detected focused on Mt. Fuji, “where the ground water is heating up.” Once again.....evidence? Source? And even if it is true, you're once again stating things in such a way/make certain inferences that lead your reader to making unsubstantiated conclusions. Even if HAARP signals are being detected over Mt. Fuji, can you demonstrate that the ground water heating, if it is even happening, has ANYTHING to do with those signals? You have to DEMONSTRATE these things! You cannot just link words together and then let people draw conclusions that aren't merited by the evidence.

If the water is heating up, by how much? When did it start? Does it heat up, cool down, heat up, cool down in cycles aka natural fluctuation? Does it heat up at certain times? Or are you saying that it was stagnant, and then immediately started to heat up as soon as HAARP started beaming signals down on the volcano? If so....provide the evidence. I mean, if you had it, you'd post it, right? No reason not to! There's NO reason you wouldn't, and you have EVERY reason TO do it....yet, nothing. I wonder why....

By the way, you do know that Mt. Fuji hasn't erupted since 1707, right? It's no surprise the ground water under a due-to-explode-yesterday volcano is heating up (if it even is).

Oh, and btw, look at the Wikipedia page for Mr. Fulford. The last claim he makes:

The American government in cooperation with [the] Federal Reserve, the Rockefellers, and other powerful groups, they are planning the eruption of Mt. Fuji Volcano. The earthquake and the tsunami was March 11th, 2011, 03.11.11. The Mt. Fuji Eruption they are planning is for April 11th, 2011.”

Well, it's April 20th, 2001, and NO ERUPTION AT MT. FUJI!
Gee, what a surprise!

Now, the next claim.

Actually, you know what? I can't go on quoting your article.

It's so fucking obvious to anyone halfway sane that it's just unsubstantiated claims following other unsubstantiated claims, all in the form of the raving lunatic ramblings of a disturbed mind. All you do in the rest of you post, just like the rest of your conspiracy theory cronies, is throw out a bunch of claims in rapid fire succession, drawing and half drawing links between seemingly random things, thereby connecting together a bunch of stuff to make it seem like there's some grand conspiracy afoot. And NONE of it is ever substantiated. Even if a few of the single little strands are demonstrated to be true, the grand conclusion that is drawn is NEVER proven.

There's not one fucking source other than that stupid page from the Defence website (which again, is fucking laughable; as if the people responsible for the conspiracy would fucking put evidence for it on their public website!). “The government can't be trusted....unless of course they say something that I think supports my case, then they are A-OK!!”

You know who else thinks like that? Alex Jones, the utter nutbag. The “MSM” (mainstream media) is an untrustworthy bunch of whores who hide the truth from us, keep us stupid, uninformed and docile, and lie to us....Oh, unless of course they say something that seems to confirm or lend credence to what i am saying. Then they're okay!! (For example, when Lou Dobbs talked about the “Amero” (which was supposed to have happened already.....but didn't....surprise surprise) ).

I'm just going to make some general points regarding this conspiracy, and then maybe quickly assess a few of the claims you've made in the past (as per your Wikipedia article). I can't quote your fucking stupidity any longer; it's actively pissing me the fuck off. I wish you could realize the damage you and your insane brethren are doing to society......Ugh. Anyways....

Generalized Points

1) There are other stationed ionospheric modulators (modulation via electromagnetic fields) in the world:

Sura, Goriky
Monchegorsk and Dushanbe (Tadzhikistan)
Tromso, Norway
Arecibo, Puerto Rico
(near) Fairbanks, Alaska
Platteville, Colorado?

It's very interesting that Fulford et al. never mention these places. It's always HAARP. The very same research entity used in conspiratorial fiction by Tom Clancy, the writers of the X-Files, and others.....hmmm...interesting indeed.

2) The research was mostly designed by university researchers, and much of the funding comes from these sources. The universities involved in the HAARP project include:

The University of Alaska, University of Alaska (Fairbanks), Stanford University, Penn State University (ARL), Boston College, UCLA, Clemson University, Dartmouth College, Cornell University, Johns Hopkins University, University of Maryland, College Park, University of Massachusetts, MIT, Polytechnic Institute of New York University, and the University of Tulsa.

So, like....all of these universities are involved in this murderous conspiracy? Or are the people who fund and created much of this project unaware of its true purpose? It would be pretty amazing that they could pull off such a thing in right underneath the noses of so many people.

Speaking of pulling it off under a ton of noses:

3) According to HAARP's management, the project strives for openness and all activities are logged and publicly available. Scientists without security clearances, even foreign nationals, are routinely allowed on site. The HAARP facility regularly (once a year on most years according to the HAARP home page) hosts open houses, during which time any civilian may tour the entire facility.

Each summer, the HAARP holds a summer-school for visiting students, including foreign nationals, giving them an opportunity to do research with one of the world's foremost research instruments.
So this group who conducts horrific research with their insidious machine lets a bunch of people in to check things out, even use their death ray machine (lol)?

Please.

4) Like any other big conspiracy, how do they keep it secret? Watergate, the Teapot Dome scandal, selling senate seats, election rigging, the LSD poisonings of French citizens by the CIA, etc. All known conspiracies, and all much smaller than this one would be. The point it, people talk. Things get out; things get figured out. There's no way America could be killing thousand upon thousands of people by creating 'natural' disasters without anyone knowing. And then on top of it, they blackmail Japan for 3/4ths of a BILLION dollars, and no one knows?!

Well, except Benjamin Fulford, of course! He somehow knows!

5) Earthquakes are a sudden movement of the earth's crust caused by the release of stress accumulated along geologic faults/fault lines (spaces between tectonic plates/pieces of the earth's crust) or by volcanic activity.
Every single earthquake we have ever recorded has been caused by plate tectonics and the sudden release of energy in the earth's crust, or volcanic activity, which cause the seismic waves that are felt as a shaking of the Earth. Never have we experienced one that was caused by anything else.

Not a single thing about the Japanese quake leads us to believe that it was caused by anything else. There were no anomalies detected. There are definitely fault lines in the area. Earthquakes have happened there before. So, in other words, there was both the means and the precedent.

Have we ever seen an earthquake caused by a Radio Frequency Transmitter? No. Do we have scientific evidence demonstrating that this is possible? No. Do high frequency radio waves cause vibration? I believe so, although from what I recall, it takes a substantial wave to vibrate...water. Low frequency radio waves are more suited to causing vibration, and you can see this by taking a subwoofer and placing it near objects in your house, or in your trunk. Well, guess what? HAARP's supposed death ray machine transmits HIGH FREQUENCY radio waves, not low.

However, let's say they were transmitting low frequency radio waves. Hell, whatever frequency, who cares!

The question is, can radio waves cause enough vibration to cause an earthquake? Could they disrupt tectonic plates by simply aiming radio waves at them?

Well, it's a far cry from small vibrations of water molecules, and small vibrations of the trunk of your car caused by an oversized subwoofer to gigantic, incredibly energetically dense seismic waves. Think about the amount of energy we're talking about. Would such vibrations not cause massive disruptions in the surrounding areas prior to the onset of the earthquake? Was anything like this reported in Japan? Nope. Not a thing.
And of course, we still have no evidence that it's even possible.

6) The earthquake and subsequent disastrous occurrences are also affecting the rest of the world, including the United States. Oh ya, great plan. Fuck up both yourselves and your allies in the process of blackmailing an entire country and killing thousands, as well as fucking up the economy, trade, and future relations.

Really, this whole thing is absolutely ridiculous. It's amazing to me how people can latch on to such an idea, against all reason, and with no tangible evidence in favour of their proposition. And think about how evil this is! They really think that terribly of their own country? There is no evidence that this is occurring, and plenty of evidence against. Yet people latch onto this idea and run with it, stating it as though it were absolute fact.

I think what's really going on is that people cannot deal with the randomness of life, and so they invent or latch onto ideas such as this because it provides them with a sense of stability, as well as filling the gap in terms of having a place at which they can point a finger. People are united in an us vs. them mentality, and having an explanation for things fills in the void that many feel when faced with randomness. Psychologically, we are prone to pattern seeking behaviour, anthropomorphism, ascribing intent and purpose where intent and purpose may not actually exist, etc.

These things are evident all throughout life, even in young children. Especially in young children, actually. That rock was put there for that squirrel to lean on it. That sort of thing.

I think this sort of malaise brought on by the truth of the essential randomness of things is a big part of the pervasiveness of religion, but let's not digress onto that subject.

Before I close, I'd like to quickly address a couple of Benjamin Fulford's other conspiratorial beliefs.

Actually, no, fuck it. At the end of the day, the objections are largely the same, and when it comes to 9/11, I've already tackled that one  HERE

The last thing I wish to say is that guys like Benjamin Fulford are doing an incredible disservice to society. They are spreading ignorance, paranoia and fear, and it's all based on poor critical thinking skills and a distinct lack of understanding when it comes to standards of evidence, making and testing claims, etc. The population already has a problem with ignorance, lack of critical thinking, and intellectual dishonesty (and laziness) stemming from inadequate education (how many of us were taught not just what to think, but how to think? Exactly) and these guys really aren't helping.

Ignorance begets ignorance, and now, with the advent of the internet and the amazing things it has done for communication, we're also seeing the sort of thing that was once relegated to the dark corners of society gaining acceptance across the board. I mean, America has presidential candidates who don't accept the theory of evolution via natural selection and think President Obama was born in Kenya (is it Kenya? I dunno, I'm Canadian, forgive me).

People like Alex Jones and Benjamin Fulford give the scared, confused, and disenfranchised something to rally behind. They prey on their preexisting fears and/or hatred for the “elite” and using that, fill their heads with a torrent of lies, half truths, and misconceptions (as well as a few actual truths), and then tie it all together in a convenient package. A package that, when unwrapped, reveals itself to be nothing but hot air.
I only wish I could unwrap everyone's package for them. Just imagine the good I could do for society if I unwrapped everyone's package.

If you're reading this, I sincerely hope I have unwrapped your package. If I didn't, well, maybe one day you'll find the right man to unwrap your package for you. The feeling you get when your package is first unwrapped....it's marvellous. You'll wonder how you lived without it, I promise.

So go, go damn you! Find someone to unwrap that package, and join the club. The unwrapped packages club!

And thanks, man! I really appreciate all the support.

  3. You have so many followers.... I'm beginning to wonder why you don't get many comments on your blogs. o.o

  4. I don't think most of them read the blog with any regularity to begin with. Then, on top of that, only a small percentage of people who read blogs leave comments, and only a small percentage ofthose who would be inclined to do so are signed in at any given time....so ya, it's not lookin good for comments lol

  5. So, where is your evidence to disprove the claims?

    ReplyDelete
  6. Wow, you're even more stupid than I suspected.

The fact that you asked that is terribly revealing. It shows me that you a) didn't understand what you supposedly read, and b) do not understand simple logic, like the concept of the burden of proof.

  7. "LSD poisonings of French citizens by the CIA" I never heard anything about this before.

Interesting and entertaining read Mag, this is my first time hearing about this sort of claim.

  8. Thanks. As for the CIA thing, look it up; it's an interesting case.

  9. You're whole argument is based on the fact that if they don't tell us, it's a conspiracy theory to believe it because we can't prove it. However, if you look at what's going on, and not what they tell you, you know otherwise. Read about declassified files like MKULTRA. Yeah, they don't tell you about that, but the file is there. Just like files revealing that vietnam never attacked the US - it was staged, to go to Vietnam. Or operation Northwoods, where the CIA would attack the US disguised as Cuba, so we could attack Cuba. If you ignore all the stuff that's there, and simply prefer the official media story then obviously you're not going to find out what's going on. The same way the Federal Reserve is a private bank. Or how the company responsible for preventing an oil spill on the BP oil rig, just happened to buy the company that is responsible for cleanup a few days before the spill. Or COREXIT, which the government said to stop using but which they still are, is made by a company tied to BP.
When you research, you're going to find both sides of the story. However, you can't dismiss things simply because you think they're absurd. You have to look at facts.. otherwise, maybe you'd believe Hitler couldn't really exist because you don't think someone could really be that bad? Look at the facts, keep your emotions out of it. And don't fall for this thing where the government and elite tell you things are complicated, and that's why you don't understand. Everyone can understand what's going on, that's the truth. Which is why you should believe the story that fits together and makes sense with no stretching of the facts, instead of the oh-it's-all-chaos-nothing-fits-stuff-just-happens theory the media and government feeds us.

  11. You say that much money could just be given away by a government without the people knowing where it went
how about the the 2.4 trillion dollars, that was announced to be some how MISPLACED from the pentagon funds on september 10th 2001. Of course your wouldn't remember that because the next day well we are told a plane hit the pentagon, survivors say they thought it was a bomb and were instructed by CIA to say it of course it was a plane. The even funnier part of this would have to be where the plane just happen to hit.
The location where records were kept the department which would probably be the only group of people that would have a chance of uncovering where this money could have been misplaced too.

Oh yea and if HAARP is such an open program how come jesse Ventura a veteran navy seal, governor, and senator.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Ventura was never a SEAL. He was an underwater demolition guy.. which is NOT a SEAL. A UD guy swims in ahead of an invasion force to attach explosive charges to anything that might hinder the landing. SEAL (Sea-Air-Land) guys are, basically, killers.. assassins. They are sent in to exterminate individuals perceived as enemies. By and large they are psychopaths. Jesse isn't a psychopath per se. He's just a pleasant sort of showbiz guy. Too old to make a living as a wrestler. Now he puts on shows. Part of his act is pretending to be a SEAL. However, real SEALs are not really too happy about this sort of stuff. Get on down to Dago there and ask one. Or just google it. Takes about five minutes to discover the truth. Good huntin'.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Navy Seals are not by and large psychopaths. I wrote a book, One War, about a lecturer, a Navy Seal (ex, then), who was drugged and brainwashed into doing horrible things in a war zone... and has spent the last thirty years trying to deal with having been used. Also, I have met the Nazi-Bush people referred to by Fulford while consulting with Bush on the Surge. I ama military intelligence major, among other things. I certainly agree with a lot of your criticism, and think actually that disinformation is one way they hide the facts -- most conspiracy theorists, especially the Alex Jones folks, are more interesting than the reality, which is that a small elite has control of most of the planet's resources, and will blow as much smoke as possible to confuse the vulberable. I am JOHN SCOTT RIDGWAY... YOU CAN GOOGLE ME FOR BOOKS, ETC..

  14. one question....who was actually the big boss in this hidden government(the illuminatis)? as we know, illuminatis operate way long ago.some says illuminati exist since 500 years back of time.any groups or governments, especially the darkside group such as illuminatis must be ruled by one man.it will never be ruled by manys(democracy). the question..
    WHO IS HE?
does new boss(at present), the same person of old boss(since 500years ago?
    what make him so powerful?
what make peoples so scared and obey him?
how does illuminatis obtain knowledge so mind blowing advanced. knowledge in all fields. phylosophy, finance ,tech, hologram...just named it. seems like they 100years ahead us or somethin'.
how 'the hidden' can conquered us from inside out without noticing it?

    who is HE?

my guts sense, something much bigger will happen. something beyond thoughts. it seems the mass destructions are certain. the target of depopulate will come true.nothing we can do except tried minimizing the effect.

common know the agenda to depopulate the earth to suit their system as planned. rule one single nation under one party controlled by one dictator.

it is very important to realized that at least we now knew severals vital informations of them.we knew :
    1. their strength, capabilities
2.weapon used( note that they have 4 major types of weapons)
3 the main purpose.to build one system(new world order) for one nation(population target:not over 700m humans).most probably ruled by one man(many signs n evidences pointed to man rule)
    4. the target and method use to achieve their main purpose

we must utilize above informations.at least to be able us to predict their next move.

    (to be cont')
